Jada is a storyteller, reiki practitioner, doula, wellness activist, and public health advisor.

Her calling has lead her to study,
teach, heal & build community in the Pacific Islands, Uganda and home of North Philly.

As graduate of Pennsylvania State University and global student of many cultures I combine modern science backed medical concepts workith globally to has worked to utilize communications to influence change globally.

Life is The Greatest Teacher
Having always been an "old soul" and one who appreciates formal education, life has been the greatest teacher. Having traveled to so many lands and moved out of the country twice solo, I come to share my unique perspectives.

Under the guidance and care of birth midwives at former Shanti Uganda birth house, I completed DONA Internatonal accreditation.

Herbalism
In 2019 I returned to the United States to intentionally connect with my maternal linage and study herbal medicine. I've studied under Black teachers and orgs such as Herbal Academy to understand not only the biological but mental and spiritual effects.

Trained master reiki practitioner under Usui reiki, by Black woman practitioner.
