What you can expect from this.
This session is for anyone who needs a little extra guidance, perspective, and spiritual sisterly advice. This is not to be confused with therapy, though sessions can be therapeutic.
Together we can talk out any situation that may be bothering you and come to a path forward. This is not for a woman looking for others to solve her problems. Ultimately the power is within you, I help guide you to this light and teach you tactics to uncover your power and potential.
What can we maximize?
A lot of us have not be taught how to process our emotions, so it is hard to understand them and communicate them with others and ourselves. Luckily, that's where I shine and can help.
What does this include?
These sessions are way more open-ended and can include but are not limited to reiki, guided meditation, journaling guidance, herbal recommendations (not clinical) and more.
